  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.


Free Shipping

  • Free shipping promotions apply only when stated and cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only, unless otherwise specified.


Local Pickup / Local Delivery (If applicable)

If local pickup or delivery is offered, instructions will be provided at checkout or via email after your order is placed.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • ON MOVE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, ON MOVE is not responsible for shipping delays.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.

  • Items purchased from the Sale collection follow the same shipping timelines.
