ON MOVE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, ON MOVE is not responsible for shipping delays.
